Design Process
Consultation
First, we will have a 15 minute discovery call to discuss the project and your goals. We will then schedule an on-site appointment.
Design Estimate
After seeing the space and understanding your vision, I will send a design estimate with transparent pricing and description of design services. To begin the project, a 50% deposit is required.
Vision Board
A joint Pinterest board will help us collaborate on ideas to focus on style, colors, and overall feel of the future space.
Design Meeting
I will bring over sample materials including countertops, flooring, paint, wallpaper, hardware, and more for you to see in person.
2D/3D Renderings
After deciding on the main materials, I will provide initial 2D and 3D designs including specific materials, fixtures, lighting, paint colors, and dimensioning.
Material List
I will provide a material list that includes all materials, fixtures, finishes, lighting, paint colors, flooring, appliances, and more in a digital format.
Finalized Design Binder
The finalized design binder will include the Vision Board, 2D/3D renderings, 2D elevations with dimensions, material list, scope of work, and design description.
